Overview


Each time you provide your services at LivePerson, your client will be prompted to leave you a rating when the session ends. The client is given the option to submit a rating for 30 days following the session from within the 'History' section after which the session becomes 'Not Rated'. The ratings range from five stars (outstanding) to one star (unacceptable). In addition, clients can also enter comments that are meant to compliment their rating. Both the rating and the comment should reflect the quality of service that your client received from you, not LivePerson.
