Phone Disconnections


Occasionally, a session might end suddenly and without you having clicked the “Quit Session” button. Typically this occurs because of a technical problem, however, a pop up window will appear asking you if you would like to continue the session. You will be able to continue the session via Phone or Chat. If you would like to end the session, you can click the ‘Quit’ button or your session will end automatically within 30 seconds. Note that one minute will be deducted from the cost of your session to cover the time needed to make this selection.
