To view and respond to messages from experts that you have contacted, please sign in to your LivePerson account and click on the Mailbox section of your My LivePerson menu.
Here, under "Questions I have asked" you will find one or more rectangular boxes each containing an expert’s response to your question. Select the one you want to read and click on the 'continue' link.
Read the expert’s message. Below it, under "What's Next?" you are given several
response options. Simply click on the option of your choice and follow the online instructions.
