If you did not change the default settings when posting your request, it will remain posted for seven (7) days.
To withdraw your request/s, please sign in to your LivePerson account.
In the Mailbox section of your My LivePerson menu, click on "My Posted Requests".
Now check the "Close Session" checkbox next to each question you wish to remove.
Finally, click the “Remove Checked Items” button.
