If you hire an expert in order to receive services by email, you will be given the option to leave a rating after you confirm the session invoice. Likewise, if you hire an expert during Live chat, you will be given the option to leave a rating as soon as the session ends.
If you had a Live chat or email session with an expert and did not leave a rating after the session ended, you can rate the expert for up to 30 days following the sessions by going to the History section of your My LivePerson Menu. Simply sign in to your LivePerson account and click on the History section of your My LivePerson Menu. Any session that was not rated within 30 days will become "Not Rated".
Select the month you want to view from the drop down menu and a list of all your closed sessions from that period will appear.
Locate the session that you want to rate, click the "Rate Expert" link and select a rating and enter any comments. Finally, click on "Submit Rating".
All ratings appear in History section of your My LivePerson Menu. To learn about the visibility of your ratings,
