You will only get paid for a Live Chat session if the client clicks the “Hire Expert” button which becomes available as soon as the session begins. We recommend that you remind the client to click the “Hire Expert” button. However, you might consider providing the first few minutes for free. This will help build trust and enable you to understand the needs of the client before you provide any services. Our experience shows that doing so will enhance the client’s experience, and encourage the client to return for future sessions.
