Conducting Phone Sessions


With the new phone system released by LivePerson, we have made it a whole lot easier to speak with your experts.

All experts accepting phone sessions will have a phone icon displayed to the right of their experts brief description.
In order to have a phone session the client will need to click on the phone icon, which will prompt them to add their phone details, if they have not added the details before.

After adding the details, the client will receive a notice that they are being connected to their expert.
At the same time, the experts will receive a call on their end. After the expert accepts the call, the client will receive a phone call on their end which connected the expert to their client.
