To hire a LivePerson expert, please sign in
to your LivePerson account and click on the Mailbox section of your My LivePerson Menu. Find the session with the expert that you are interested in hiring. The message status will be "Waiting for Approval". Click "Continue" and below ‘What’s Next?’, click on the 'Hire the Expert' button. You will then be asked to submit your billing information, however, you will not be charged at this stage.
