Hiring an Expert


Hiring an expert who responded to your request is easy. Simply sign in to your LivePerson account and click on the Mailbox section of your My LivePerson menu. Find the message from the expert that you want to hire. The status of the message will be "Waiting for Approval". Click on the “Continue” link, and below "What’s Next", click the “Hire the Expert” button. You will then be asked to submit your billing information, however, you will not be charged at this stage.
