PayPal is an online service for sending and receiving money. Once you receive and cash your first LivePerson check, you can receive subsequent payments via PayPal.
If you are currently receiving payments by check and you want to receive your future payment via PayPal, please change your payment method, by taking the following steps:
1. Sign in to your LivePerson account, and choose "My Earnings" from the "My LivePerson" menu.
2. Click on the “Change Payment Method” link on the left, and follow the online instructions. After you have entered your PayPal email address and monthly limit, click on the “I want to be paid via PayPal” button.
You will notice that your payment method is now "PayPal Pending".
If you have never received and cashed a LivePerson check in the past, your payment status will remain "PayPal Pending" until you cash a LivePerson check and we receive the bank's confirmation that your check was cashed. Please note that your payment status will only be updated to "PayPal" one or two days prior to the date that we send you your next payment (the middle of every month).
If you have received and cashed a LivePerson check in the past, and have just changed your payment method to PayPal, your payment status will also be "PayPal Pending". However, if you contact us, we will change your payment method to PayPal, one or two days prior to sending you your next LivePerson payment.
