I manage all types of patients suffering from inability to have babies especially those who are suffering from the polycystic ovarian syndrome disease after taking good history from my client about the disease listening to her complaining carefully trying to do my best to prescribe her the best.
I have in my experts history taking not only helps to identify potential infertility factors but also educates the patients who may be unaware of the wide variety of issues that can affect fertility. During the history many preconceived ideas about infertility may be discounted like the age of the patient whether man or woman.
Recently in old men the sperm chromosome defects occur.
Also we must not forget the unexplained Infertility in whom there is no cause accounts for some 10-20% of infertile couple.
