HOW I WORK:
In all reads, I use a combination of my own psychic ability and my guide, and use tarot cards to verify what I am feeling. I am non-judgemental regarding race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion, and will not judge you based on whatever situation you are in, etc. I'm a quick typist, and good listener. If the info in the reading turns out to be undesirable, I can discuss with you ways that you can change that outcome by doing things differently.
I do not connect with every client that enters my chat. Only about 80-85%. If I can't connect, I will let you know and perhaps we can try another time. I only relay what I am able to pick up on, and if I don't know the answer to a question, I have no problem saying so. I do not personally control what information comes through, so please don't shoot the messenger.
I look forward to providing you with a very detailed and clear reading. I am compassionate and definitely care about the happiness and well being of all of my clients. I will go the extra mile to make sure you get the accurate answers you need! I have specialized in complicated love relationships, but have experience in all areas.

A few notes I've reluctantly had to post:
I am no longer offering follow up by email free after live session as an ENTITLEMENT but MIGHT answer emails when I can, as a courtesy. Most times I do not check email AT ALL so do not feel it's personal if I do not reply, no matter what you've written, chances are I will not even see it. Unfortunately this applies to repeat clients as well as new.
I don't play games with users out to contstantly scam for free info, I have a zero tolerance policy.
I will not lower my rate. Whatever it's posted as, that's what it is. Don't ask. I run specials at least once a month, so that those who wish to get a reading with me at a lower price than my normally posted rate can also get one.
Clients who enter my room in a hostile or insensitive way will not be provided a reading. I understand many people seek readings during very difficult siutations, but I'm here to HELP and will go out of my way to find an effective way to help you, so please be nice =) I'm also a human with feelings. I do not accept everyone who comes into my chat.

RULES FOR MY READING ROOM:
1. I read using a combination of the tarot cards, my guide, & my own intuition. No exceptions. If this is not what you're looking for (ie: you prefer a reader who does not use cards) please search for a reader who meets your needs. I do not change my reading style for my clients because this is the style I've found most effective to give you accurate info.
2. I refuse to engage in any "test the psychic" games. If you are not sure that I have connected, please try a different psychic.
3. No reading is set in stone. What I can provide through predictions is the most likely outcome given the circumstances, energy, and intentions of those involved at the time of the reading. Much of the time, nothing significant happens to change that, but your own actions and choices, as well as actions taken by others, can definitely change an outcome, for the better or worse. If you are unhappy with the information that is given during a reading, ask me for suggestions that can change the path or outcome of the situation. I generally provide advice with any prediction - this is specific advice that I'm giving for a reason and at times, the outcome depends on it. Please be open to following the advice.
4. With regard to feedback, please grade me based on my abilities, professionalism, ethics, and the overall reading experience, rather than whether or not the answers given were what you wanted to hear.
5. If you have a problem with your reading experience with me, please contact me via email before leaving a negative comment, and I hope to work out a resolution that is fair to all.
6. NEVER, NEVER provide me with any personal contact information via live chat or email. I will not contact you off of the liveperson site, & I will not allow you to contact me off of the liveperson site, for any reason what-so-ever. If this rule is broken...ie: you send me your email address, yahoo ID, or any other personal information for any reason, I will immediately forward that info along with your request to liveperson staff, and you will be permanently blocked from any further contact with me.
