My Expert Service
|
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing 1995, passed my national RN boards on the first attempt. I have worked clinically in the ICU/CCU environment for over 5 years. I spent two years at an overseas Navy base where I volunteered and restarted a visiting nurse program and dealt primarily with maternal/newborn issues, specifically prenatal/postpartum/breastfeeding issues. Attained my Master's degree in Nursing 2001 as an acute care nurse practitioner and have successfully completed national certification as an acute care nurse pracitioner, specializing in pulmonology and lung transplant. I do not claim to be an expert in maternal/newborn or transplant issues but am well versed in these areas.
