I was trained at Microsoft (Charlotte NC branch), where I supported Microsoft Access versions 2.0, 95,97, and 2000. I have over 2500 handled calls to my credit. My call times were the lowest at my branch, and I have a very high customer feedback rating. Presently I am working with Visual Basic 5.0, 6.0 Enterprise, Access 97, and Oracle 7 as a Database Administrator/Programer. I have extensive experiance with VB programing and work on a daily basis with DAO, and ADO.
