I have worked as an Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and other various Supervisory duties for national and international companies AT&T Wireless, Cingular, and Sprint Nextel to name a few. My expertise is to develop employees and managers to exceed established expectations. I have taught many people to be conscious of their contributions and how to document and use their daily performance and contributions to propel them to the next level or position they deserve.
