I have a lot of experience in the call/contact centre, CRM (Customer Relationship Management design and development) and workflow & BMP domain. I have designed and developed in C++ for our core services (ICE [Zeroc], Web Services [Systinet]) and use .NET (Microsoft/Mono) for user interface using AJAX techniques. I have project managed and consulted using the products I have designed for large call centre deployments which have 650+ agents deployed over 3 sites.
