I was fortunate to have the opportunity to participate through selfless service in some of the most elite military units (Rangers, Long Range Surveillance) and schools (Airborne, Sniper, Special Forces) in the World. The military exposed me early to many forms of leadership, teamwork, unit performance and growth. My academic and professional applications have focused on psychological organizational perspectives. I am presently looking for opportunities which will allow me to practice I/O Psychology in an effort to grow individuals, teams, or organizations (see www.siop.org). I can assist with culture, ethics, leadership, performance and growth (individual, team, and organizational). As individuals, teams, and organizations are unique my toolbox allows me to tailor practices aligned with a given vision.
