Since recieving my Masters of Social Work from the University of Alabama in 1997, I have worked in home healthcare, inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and residential treatment settings with a variety of populations.
In my private practice, I specialize in brief therapeutic approaches for individuals, families, and couples that generally center around CBT, Solution-Focused, RET, and/or Client-Centered Therapies. What this means to you is that I use a variety of approaches to get to the heart of relationship issues. These issues usually center around needs and wants that motivate behavioral patterns that can be unhealthy within a relationship.
