i first began with computers in the 80's. i have managed a small computer shop for the USAF. i have taught beginer classes at the local community college. i continue to work with beginners as a private contractor. i have developed plans for training beginners to use computer software.

i have taken apart systems, hard ware and software. i have helped students use software that they needed to produce classroom assignments. i have and continue to asisst users at all levels understand and get better use out of their systems. i also do troubleshooting. i can advise on hardware repair and upkeep, and on software recovery, replacement, updates and upgrades. i have worked with organizations to increase usefulness of computer equipment.
