Most of the time Alpesh Pandya has been working on Clinical and pharmaceutical applications those are in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11. Along with clinical, he has working experience on CRM also. Also he has extensive experience of working on offshore development and support architecture of business in India.
In Oracle CRM, Alpesh Pandya has worked on many extensions and customizations on iStore, iSupport, Sales Online, Quoting, Technician portal, Service Contracts, Installbase, Service Requests, Order Management, logistics and reports. Along with these extensions and customizations, he was engaged in developing entire new application around most of Oracle CRM modules mentioned above with very complex business process and many navigation paths.

iStore Implementation (AICPA):
AICPA is the organization representing CPAs in America and out side too. To ease payment of dues by members based on different levels and types of membership, AICPA has launched an online application which is based on Oracle iStore. This application lets members to update their profile, organization information, business information, contact information, and membership type. Also a member can select items from store and add to their cart which triggers Oracle Order Management when user submits order.
Tools & Technologies: JTF, Java-JSP, Oracle iStore, Order Management, XML Parsing, SSO Login, Factory based java beans architecture.
CRM Custom Development (Cisco):
Role: Oracle Applications Framework Consultant

Description: This application is based on Oracle CRM Incentive Compensation. The new application allows employees to set and track goals for themselves and managers to evaluate performance based on goals as well.
Tools & Technologies: J2EE framework implemented over Oracle Applications framework over the Linux platform. Also extensive use of Pl/Sql packages to develop core business logic packages for this application.

Description: As part of this project, we did some customizations and extensions to existing pages of iStore, iSupport, Sales Online, Quoting and Technician Portal. Also we developed an entire new application on top of Oracle CRM using OA Framework.
This application was intended to be used by both dealer and direct clients to place orders for parts, to create service request for transfer of installbase location, and to create service request for technician visit. The application contains very complex business logic and a number of navigation flows. To make it entirely web based we opted for OA Framework as development tool.

Load Set: This feature helps user in importing data to oracle clinical from other sources like SAS database, text file or other oracle database.
Data Mart: Data Mart facilitates user in exporting clinical data to other sources like oracle dump file, text file or SAS export file.
Remote Connection: This feature allows user to create his own DBLink to connect to remote database. This DBLink can be used in load set to load the data.
