My Expert Service
As a consultant, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of their business, finance, and IT processes.
In one of my key engagements, I assisted in identifying over $12 million in incorrectly classified funds within a $77 million capital budget. My client now has a better understanding of their project financing as well as an improved AP/AR system.
I can assist you in understanding the changing risk factors of today's economy. I can also help identify key opportunities in your business as well as possibilities to reduce spending.
