Experienced and compassionate work to empower lives and strengthen household relationships. My understanding is that everybody wants to live a joyful life. And, usually times this pleasure escapes us...perhaps one thing has happened to cause pain and struggling, or we could have patterns of thinking about who we are which can be incorrect and hurting us. For others nervousness keeps us from being lively in the world, inflicting depression and overwhelming our skill to feel empowered or make wholesome choices. We want compassion, the capability to see our struggles with kindly eyes, not anger, to help us be tender to our difficulties and never close off to them in fear. That is how therapeutic takes place.
