The last part before time ran out I will do and I believe he needs to truly feel what its like to lose me and have that comfort taken away. WOW is all I have to say, Nicole was AMAZING, I did not have to give her any information about me, ONLY my name and that I was calling for work. She immediatly picked up on the situation around me, and the people around me too. She knew EXACTLY how I was feeling with out me telling her.
