I can help you identify what you want to create in your life that will be truly soul satisfying, and then create a plan to energize and attract that into your life. If I feel that you need assistance medically or psychologically, I will always refer you to get help from a professional in your area who can see you in person.

I have 10 years experience in counseling: helping people to gain clarity and transform psychological and spiritual difficulties into stepping stones to more happiness, wholeness and well-being. I have 11 years experience in bodywork, incorporating general energy healing. I have experience in more advanced energy healing, including distance healing. I have 13 years experience in meditation and spiritual development, including kundalini, shamanic and intuitive development.
