Coaching on emotional well-being, healthy eating and weight loss, spirituality, self-esteem and reaching one's goals has been truly a passion for me. I get an enormous sense of satisfaction out of seeing my clients succeed. I believe everyone has what it takes to live a great life, and the right support sometimes makes all the difference. While being gentle with my client's feelings, I firmly believe in viewing obstacles and personal perceived barriers honestly. Together we define a succession of small doable steps that work up to larger positive changes that are needed for achievement of your goals. Well-rounded portfolio of conventional and creative training allows me to key-in on the right approach needed for a specific individual.
My clients and I have had some amazing successes during the years, which has been extremely rewarding for both me and the great people I have been privileged to work with. One of my favorites is the story of Linda, my very first "phone and e-mail only" client: she was severely overweight person who had trouble moving inside her own house. She ended up losing upwards of 30 pounds in less than two weeks of counseling by adhering to simple rules she have helped defining!
My other favorite case is one of an extremely reserved and timid person who had trouble connecting in social situations. After several weeks of coaching, he was able to successfully approach attractive women and scored several dates! That provided a needed boost for to his self-esteem, which in turn has helped him to become a lot more successful both socially and financially.
I have had many success stories and I am happy to share it with my clients as an illustration and encouragement.

In addition to completing college courses in Psychology, I have earned certificates in NLP and Holodynamics, and successfully incorporated these and numerous other techniques in my counseling.
I have earned years of experience successfully coaching by e-mail, phone and in-person on various subjects, including self-esteem, weight loss, relationship, achieving career and personal goals.
