YOU are the expert on your own dreams and what they mean. However, we are sometimes too close to our own material to glean the fullest meaning possible from the experiences we have in dreaming. It is here that I can help you gain additional insights into what kinds of information are coming to you in dreams.

My approach to working with dreams is 'empowerment centered'. What does that mean? That means that my ultimate goal is that you come away from a session with me feeling more confident in your ability to delve deeper into dreamwork on your own. I want you come away with valuable insights into your life, your purpose, and your deepest self. I aim to honor your dream as it belongs to you. My format, therefore, is not such that I will seek to tell you what your dream means. Anyone who does this is stealing your power! Instead, I observe the "if it were my dream/experience/etc., then..." format proposed by Jeremy Taylor. In this way, we can discuss dreams in such a manner that all are honored and empowered.

NOTE: Because dreams often touch on sensitive elements in our inner life, my pledge to you is one of strict confidentiality. What is discussed between us in session, stays between us. Anyone else you care to share your dream experience or your experience with me in session is left to your discretion.
