Living well in the face of difficulty is always a challenge and can often require us to learn new ways of coping when old methods don't work well. Nobody should ever have to go through tough times alone. I can help you gain insight into any problem that you may be having, and some of the problems that I can help you to overcome include mood issues, anxiety, eating disorders, difficulties with your partner or spouse, difficulties in relationships with friends or coworkers, and difficulties in relationships with your children or other family members.
I can help you to take a step back and take an honest look at your situation, and I can work with you to develop the appropriate skills that will help you to move forward more effectively.

I have over six years of experience working as a therapist and educator. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and elders. Some of the issues that I have helped people with include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace-related issues, eating disorders, issues related to illness and injury, issues related to sobriety, children's behavioral issues, and gender and sexual identity issues.
