After growing up with 10 very different siblings and watching 16 nieces and nephews grow up before me, it was natural for me to want to study relationships and child development. Throughout my educational and professional career I have studied and researched family relations and human behaviour. I have been lucky enough to have travelled and witnessed cultural familial differences. I have an understanding of how subtle and apparent cultural differences may influence the dynamics of a family. Furthermore, I have worked as a clinical family counsellor in both government and private services. I understand what parents are going through when they are addressing everyday issues such as a challenging feeding, to when they are feeling at the end of their rope with a certain issue. Although parenting is not an easy job, I am here to help you feel confident in your natural abilities to take on those challenging situations you face!

Currently working as a clinical counsellor in a private clinic, formerly as a family counsellor for the government. I have experience addressing issues such as proper discipline, stress and time management, sibling rivalry, child/parent addiction, personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, anger management, bed wetting, shyness etc.
