I can also have a follow-up email. the virus removing the trojan programs will be included with the chat FREE. I will also give them a set of tips on how to STOP themselves from downloading and visiting programs or websites that contain Trojans. Also give them free sites that will scan URLs (websites) and programs FREE. I am able to do this in a matter of 20-60 minutes depending on type of PC/infection level. PC must be able to boot up to fix it.
