Responsibilities Included:
Recruiting and Training new independent dealers who wished to sell Sprint PCS, Cricket Cellular and Clearwire Internet. I also sold corresponding cellular handsets to be used with service and accessories. I acted on behalf of the carriers as a business consultant and trainer to educate dealers on proper selling practices and how to achieve set Targets for their demographic. I hired and trained employees did administrative and financial duties as well as worked on the floor. I was also responsible for training other consultants and assuring sales quotas were met. Additionally, I would work with technicians to ensure proper sales cycles were done and trained Sales staff accordingly.
