· Analyze, debug and solve test related problems occurring during final test and finishing.
· Define and develop improvements in test efficiency, quality and yield through device focus.
· Do engineering analysis, disposition, bench verification and corrective action on low yield and CI reject lots.
· Interact with U.S. counterparts on engineering issues such as low yields, CI rejects evaluation, test programs, deck and system related problems.
· Provide engineering support to U.S in the form of product statistical data, customer sample generation and final test yield report analysis.
· Repair and upkeep test decks and systems.
· Interact with other department concerning product related issues.
· Design and modify test systems and equipment as needed, to eliminate processing errors.
· Write test or process specification in accordance with company documentation policies.
· Issues specific product information for testing and processing.
· Maintain and generate product documentation.
· Supervise and do performance appraisals of test technicians.
· Initiate systems, procedure and service for continuous improvement.
