In addition to my work experience I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Mercy College, and have achieved Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) status. I have also earned three HR Certifications from Cornell University's School of Labor and Industrial Relations, and a Strategic Human Resource Certification from Pace University.
