Everyone needs a bit of help with their life problems from time to time. It used to be that we would go to our friends or family for advice but now many of us feel we can't do that either because we are a long way from our family and/or friends or perhaps because our problem is something we would be too embarrassed to tell them about. Perhaps we don't think they would be interested in our stuff anyway or they have such busy lives that they don't have time to listen.
