Experienced in critical care, general medicine, psychiatric as well as geriatrics.
Profession consists of reviewing medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy. Clinical support for physicians, nurses and other health care professionals through pharmacotherapy recommendations and drug information and interventions. Monitor drug kinetics/therapy and recommend appropriate changes when necessary. Check medications prior to being sent for administration. Experience with oral medication, intravenous preparations and chemotherapy. Active participant as the Clinical pharmacist leader in ER stroke team and other emergency situations.
