My Expert Service

With seven years in training and career development, I have worked for several companies to develop staff in group and individual sessions. I have worked primarily in fast paced sales environments where stress levels are high and a lot of patience, persistence and understanding is needed to get people to where they want to be.
My main body of work in this area has been building sales skills, customer relations and career path development. This usually incorporated a number of personal development programmes, group activities and discussions about how they believed they could progress. Working together is what gets results, and I have worked with people who are happy to be helped and those less willing to develop.
In a previous role I worked alongside people who were unsure of where they wanted to be, what kind of role they wanted to develop towards and how they could get there. This is always a more challenging type of development but certainly more fulfilling when each milestone is reached. The coaching is always based on one to one techniques and programmes of development as each person has their own ideas, own way of learning and own thoughts on where they hope to go.
I have also provided counselling and psychoanalytical services for both business and persons clients. This has ranged from stress related illness, through sexual and personal relationship issues to anxiety, anger and emotional disorders. I have taken courses in these subjects to further develop my abiility to help and advise.
I find the right method of development for each individual and work with them to get the best from the person I am working with.

Experience & Qualifications

In the last six years I have studied and earned diplomas in Psychology & Psychoanalysis, Criminology and Family and Life Counselling.
I also achieved a NVQ level 3 in Coaching and Development during working in one of my coaching roles. In all I have worked in coahing and counselling roles for seven years, each one presenting new challanges and new people to help. Throughout this I have learned new techniques and built a knowledge base of which methods work and which don't depending on the person being coached.
