The original text, in fact, passes through 3 phases starting from being handled within the translation group and the group leader to edit the translation, then it goes to the translation manager for revision and unifying the terms and styles used, then to the native editor (of every respective target language) in order to produce his final touch to make the target text as if produced by a native writer
