Ashish is a down to earth professional, with over 35 years of commercial experience in a variety of industry interfaces. He has experience with companies marketing Industrial Products, Consumer Durables, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
After completing his post graduate education from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, Ashish commenced his commercial career as a Management Trainee with William Jacks & Co. Ltd., a British Multinational, with business interests in Machine Tools, Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Pumps and Engines, Material Handling Equipment, Electrical Power Generating Equipment and Transformers. During his 16 years with William Jacks, Ashish sold excavators and cranes manufactured by Clark International, Wabco Earth Moving Equipment, Page Walking Draglines, Smith Engineering Crushing and Screening plants, Winget concrete mixers and concrete batching plants, Barber Green asphalt mixers and spreaders.
To gain experience in the Consumer Durable Goods industry, Ashish joined Bajaj Electricals Ltd., one of the premier marketing institutions in India and served them for another 17 years.
During his commercial career, Ashish achieved management positions of Executive Director, Executive Vice President, General Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Executive. Towards the latter part of his career in India, Ashish taught in a Business School in Bombay as a Professor. After relocating in Mississauga, Ashish facilitated Executive Education programs through Elba Management Inc. an associate of the Canadian Training and Development Group. Ashish teaches Business and Career Development Modules, at MST Computer Training Center, Mississauga and is currently associated with Alden, Green Associates, who are in the business of helping companies raise capital for their business.
Ashish specializes in Marketing and Sales Strategies, writing Business Plans, Business Analysis and Industry Profiles, and in designing and publishing Web sites. He has designed and published the Web site for Alden, Green Associates at --- www.aldengreen.com and for a recruiting company at www.antrec.com.
Ashish has solid software skills in Windows 95, and Windows 98 operating systems, Web page development using FrontPage 2000, MS Image Composer 1.5, MS GIF Animator, and MS Banner Manager. He has solid skills in Word 2000, Excel 2000, PowerPoint 2000, Publisher 2000, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5.
