As a more recently graduated professional, I am up-to-date on the newest methods and research in the counseling field, web or virtual counseling being one of the newer and exciting developments in the field of counseling help! I have over 8 years experience in helping individuals, couples, families and adolescence. I have experience working with a wide range of ages from adolescence to elderly.
Life is complicated. I believe many stressors, relationship concerns, and a desire for personal development can be effectively handled in brief counseling treatment (and many via the web). I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient and inpatient, school, and crisis center settings. I have a strong belief in providing counseling online as an effective, practical and affordable way to gain the tools and insight you need to improve your life. I currently am working in a private practice setting; however, desire more hours at home to stay at home with my newly born son. I have a strong desire to continue helping others through counseling support and believe web or virtual counseling is the perfect avenue to do so!
