Ashley is offering lower rates as she is in a Life Coaching certification process with CTI.
Ashley discovered her passion for helping others at a young age. She went to school at the University of Waterloo and received a Bachelors Degree in Social Development Studies with a certificate in Social Work. There she gained valuable skills in counseling, psychology and relationships. She has also received a Post Graduate Degree in the field of EAP counselling. This education gave her a sound understanding in the areas of nutrition, physical wellness, stress management and personal well being. She is educated with the Coaches Training Institute; a recognized school by the International Coaches Federation. She has extensive work and volunteer experience in the helping profession; working in the fields of community service, social work, facilitation, health education, support groups, mental health and management.
What makes Ashley unique is her non judgmental and genuine nature. She authentically and passionately cares for her clients; always willing to go the extra mile to help her clients recognize their power and potential.
