Having 25 years experience as a licenced custom home builder, I personally supervised every phase of the construction of each home I built. In the early years, I enjoyed performing each phase of building, including framing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, roofing and finish carpentry. In recent years, I assisted homeowners in designing their home to configure with the topography of their property and also counsled them to formulate realistic construction budgets. My expertise helped in directing them with the selection of windows, plumbing fixtures, heating & cooling equipment, doors, cabinets, countertops & appliances.
