Life Coaching is about helping people with the process of setting and reaching goals. As a personal Life coaching I can help you to determine and achieve your goals. I use multiple methods, but all easy-to-follow models to help you make choices for yourself and make your life more purposeful. I will work with you towards closing the gap between where you are now and what you want to achieve.
Coaching is not targeted at psychological illness, and coaches are not therapists nor consultants.

After 10 years as a Mental Health Social Worker, a wonderful opportunity arose for me to make more a difference in people's lives. My natural tendency for good listening, experience in motivational counselling and care for people, has allowed me to make a natural progression on to Personal Life Coaching.
