Some of my areas of expertise include women's issues, depression, stress management, self-esteem issues, relationship/communication issues and anxiety disorders. I work with patients to help them understand that their thoughts affect their feelings and behavior. As a Christian Counselor, I often address how a patient’s spiritual connection can affect their situation. As not to offend anyone, this is done based on the patient’s comfort level and their openness to discuss such topics. As a holistic practitioner, I treat all aspects of the person by addressing their physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

Experience & Qualifications

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice (Trinity Wholistic Healing Services, LLC.) in Mitchellville, Maryland. I have over 14 years experience providing therapy in residential, educational and private practice settings, running groups for both children that have witnessed domestic violence and families who experienced loss through AIDS, and as clinical director of an outpatient mental health clinic. I also have experience conducting psychosocial assessments and providing EAP services for various companies.
My résumé includes working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families.
