I am able to provide advice regarding cooking for people with food intolerances and special dietary needs. In particular I can give advice about wheat free/gluten free, dairy free, egg free, low salicylate, diets and cooking tips to help with day to day living.
I can help converting recipes and helping with ingredient substitution.
I also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and have found ways to prepare food that conserves energy. I find ways to convert recipe methods to conserve your energy and use less utensils so less time is spent washing up.
