I am an advocate for children with disabilities, especially autism. I have studied the law (IDEA) on this and have helped many families maneuver the crazy IEP world. My own family has been through a lot of struggles with the school system and I have learned so much during those times. I also have studied Behavior Analysis and encourage parents to learn about this. I am an author and have been featured on radio and tv shows to promote my book. I also volunteer and try to educate students about other students who have disabilities and how we are all different and have different abilities.
