I Coach daily and I have over ten years of experience in intuitive Coaching. My style is to mirror your thoughts so that you become aware of yourself, in this present moment in time. Once you acknowledge your current circumstances, values and strengths, you begin see your choices. You are then inspired to transform your life through your own choices and decisions. What is my Coaching Style? I do not judge, give opinions, suggestions or even advice. My role is to reveal your current thoughts or blueprints. The transformation begins when you know your own values, believes and inner self. This is also the process of healing. You feel good and lighter in yourself and so you are ready to take action. You move forward autonomously and positively, for the benefit of yourself, and all involved.

Experience & Qualifications

I work internationally with clients in France, the UK and the USA. I work in French and English. I am a Professional Certified Coach (Paris), a Reiki Master, (Paris), an MBA graduate (Paris) and an Electronics Engineer (London). I started my career in 1988 has a Programmer in the Financial London Markets, then as Business Analyst in Brussels, followed by Project Management in Paris. My exposure to cultures and people management inspired my transition to Coaching and Training in 2000. Workshops and seminars include training modules to encourage self-development, self-reflection, team spirit and respect. I am also a Certified Trainer by the Ken Blanchard Companies in Situational Leadership II - a management tool directed at managers to develop the competence, motivation and confidence of their direct supports, by using different "Leadership Styles".
