I have done ACE ( Avaya Certified Expert) for IP Telephony, Proactive Contact Solution as well Modular Messaging, ENS(Extreme Network Specialist), CCNA for DATA and having vast experience of Polycom,Sony video conferencing equipments including Desktop and MCU. Vast knowledge of Clarent Multiplexer from Canada. ASK ME ANYTHING RELATED TO TELECOM including the installation of the ISDN, OSIG protocol implementation with Lucent 5ESS, Siemens E10B as well as any internationl exchanges with video products.
