It involves:
Knowing where you are: This is making a summary of your current situation, your present circumstance, success, failures, highs, lows, frustrations etc
Being Realistic: Taking a cautious and practical view of your goals, ambitions and desires.
Relationships: This involves helping you establish open and positive relationships with family, spouses, friends and colleagues.
Dealing with events of the past: Understanding the role past events play in distorting our perception of what’s going on around us.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been involved in coaching and personal development for over seven years.
.
I am currently undergoing an Advanced Postgraduate Level tutorial in Unitive Coaching with Charles Bentley PhD and also studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Professional Development (University of East London) with a view to carrying out a research at a Masters Level on completion, in the mean time I hold a first degree in Chemistry, Certificate in Counselling from the Institute of Counselling and a University Diploma in Psychotherapeutics from the University of Derby.
I am an accredited professional member MCS (Acc) of the Counselling Society and a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribes to their Code of Ethics
My training, personal experience, interaction with various people provides a strong foundation for my approach to coaching and mentoring
