My unique ability to facilitate healing is the result of more then ten years of studying and practicing Ayurveda, western herbalism, Chinese medicine, nutrition, yoga, acupressure and psychology.
My extensive background in holistic healthcare (more then 3,000 total hours of training) includes clinical apprenticeships with Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western herbalists as well as advanced herbal studies and certification programs through several schools of holistic medicine.
In addition, I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts where I earned a degree in Psychology and completed one of the first holistic health certification programs to be offered by a major University.
