I have been working with IBM based PC Systems out of my home for the past ten years. I have had some experience in ICT Departments in Northern Ireland and England. I am currently working my way through a Computer Science degree in a University here in Northern Ireland. At the moment I can only offer support and guidance to users of the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. I have been praised on my patience and non-patronising atitude towards beginners. That frustrates me to know end when people will use computer jargon to look flash.
