Pregnancy is one of the miracles of nature, and women should enjoy pregnancy and look forward to the day of birth. Unfortunately that’s not exactly true, as a recent magazine study showed eight out of 10 women were frightened during labor. This means a huge number of women go into the birthing process feeling anxious or worried.
This statistic is exactly why I do what I do. As a pregnancy and birth specialist and one half of The Birth Specialists, I’m passionate about helping all mothers-to-be understand the physiology of birth, what hormones are released, how to release all fear and anxiety about birth and genuinely look forward to the day of your baby's birth.
A lot of cases, I have handled and a vast experience related to this field of health and medicine and have handled patients of such cases, about their diets, hygiene and their physical activities during this state of a person. Also in my family i have a close observation of such cases. About intercourse, periods duration, vagina and child health. Good advises about having sex during the pregnancy and which things should be kept in minds. Sometimes over dose causes miscarriages or lead to abortion. So, proper guidance should be needed in this matter and I can explain all these things in details and also suggest good doctors and physicians for these things.
